Overview of Refund Policy

TJEd customers can receive a full refund (minus shipping cost and digital processing fees ) within 30 days of purchase, with the option to receive Store Credit instead of a refund on their Credit Card. 

Return Policies for Physical Products

Returns for physical products are permitted. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost, except where there was an error in fulfillment on our part relating to the requested return. Upon our receipt of the returned item(s), the customer will receive their choice of a refund or store credit (minus payment processing fees) provided the product is in a re-sellable condition (e.g. New or Like-New).

Return Policies for Digital Products

Downloadable Products

For digital downloadable products, if the customer has not accessed or downloaded them, we will issue a refund minus any payment processing fees. Alternatively, the customer can receive store credit for the full purchase amount. For customers who have accessed or downloaded the product, the refund policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Mentoring Services, Courses, and Other Digital Content

Customers are eligible to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase, minus any payment processing fees. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and approved by our customer service team. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.

How Refunds are Processed

Create a customer request ticket to request a refund for your purchase. If it qualifies, you’ll see the refund on the card used for the purchase after 5-10 business days, once the bank has processed the transfer. We will communicate with you so you know what to expect.

Store Credit Options

You can request to receive your refund as a Store Credit instead of on your Credit Card. You’ll get a Coupon Code that can be used at checkout for any purchase in the TJEd Shop.
