What is really going on in the world? Too often we can’t really trust the media spin about current events, yet we all need to understand the truth of world events. Moreover, we need to know what trends and cycles tell us about what’s ahead.
The coming years will be times of challenge, yet few people have an accurate understanding of what to expect. In this class, we’ll address all of these issues, and help each participant get a clear picture of world events and the trends and cycles that are shaping the decade ahead—and beyond.
Those who take this class will know what to look for in world events, how to see through the media, how to find out what is really happening, and how to effectively plan and prepare.
What You’ll Get Every Week
Each week you’ll receive an email with a 60-90 minute audio by Oliver DeMille, including a discussion of the week’s assigned reading. You can listen to it at the time of your choosing, whatever works best for your schedule. You’ll also get several simple assignments to help you more effectively see through the façade of media spin.

Course Details
This course will run 6 weeks starting January 22nd, with the last course materials being sent out on February 26th.
Each week of for the duration of the course, you will receive an mp3 audio of Oliver’s instruction (approximately 90 minutes in duration), with a corresponding class handout–delivered directly to you via email. Enrichment activities will be suggested and ideas for writing, discussion and application will follow each class period.

Although I like the off-line, listen when convenient lecture format, I wonder if there will be any other interactions with the class or teacher. A mailing list discussion group might fit well with the offline class format.

We just recently complete the “How to Mentor” course, which followed this same format, and the online discussions via Facebook Group were really wonderful. I’m looking into some alternatives for forum discussion as well. There will definitely be outlets for participant interaction. We hope you’ll join us!

Wow, this would be great! I have three of these books and have read about two and a half. I’ve even been able to listen to Oliver twice in a live format, but regret tremendously that I have not had the chance to meet him yet. It’s going to be a crunch saving to attend within the next few weeks since significant income is so hard to come by these days. I am really interested, though. I would really like to be apart of the next great freedom shift in this amazing yet currently crippled country I call home.
Are the books on the required reading list included or do we have to buy them separately?
Angie, the books are not included. Many of our mailing list already own the books, so we priced it without them. We could probably do a group buy or something if you’re interested.
Are the books included in the course fee or will those need to be obtained separately?
Jeniece, the books are not included in the price of the class. Please note that the Resolved book appears to cost a lot, but I’m working on getting us a better price – around $20.
I am very interested in taking this class. Just curious why Resolved is so much money? It is only 333 pages and almost $100…?

Stacey, once the course is completed we will determine if the content will be appropriate as a download offering. I am in a time crunch at the moment with some projects I cannot defer. I would very much like to take this, but was wondering if it is being offered again later in the spring or if this is a one time presentation. Can you let me know please. If it is a one time, will the commentary on it be available to be purchased at a later date?
I have to say Oliver in my opinion is the most accurate I believe in assessing the current situation we face in the world. I see it even up here in Canada. Freedom shift is a great book on understanding this, and how to move forward. I try and share it where I can….. Thanks and let me know on the other possible dates if this is offered.please. Karen, I would suggest this course for serious minded youth and adults of all ages. Probably few under 13 would appreciate it, and many older than 18. Hope this helps!

Will this be offered again another time? Timing seems hard for me, but I’m very interested. I am also starting a book discussion group right now to discuss liberty with some other materials. I wonder if my group would be interested in studying these materials after we finish what we have planned. Thanks!

It is difficult to predict what Oliver will offer in the future. He rarely repeats himself, as he has a long list of interests to share and times are moving so fast! He tries to stay fresh and relevant. If it turns out that the audios will translate well to future listeners (if they’re not too tied to this moment in time – since it is a current events class) we may offer them as a set of audio downloads. Would it be possible to set up recurring payments thru Paypal to make it more financially accessible?
I’ve had the experience with other organizations to pay weekly by having $ come directly out of my bank account via Paypal to pay for their offerings.
